How to use Help on 2-brides.com

Sometimes you might encounter the problem on the site, that you don’t know the answer to and you cannot find the solution in the articles directory. In this case, you should use our Ticket System. This is the system, where you can direct your problem to a dedicated professional on our support team.

If you have lost your password, please use our “password recovery” service available here. Your will have to fill in a short form and your password will be sent to you by email.

So how do you use the Ticker System on 2-brides.com? First, go to the “ticket” page by clicking this link. You should see a Ticket submitting form:

You will have to fill in all the fields in this form to submit a proper ticket, which would be answered by our staff. Please begin with filing in your full name and a correct email address.

After you have put in your name and email address, you have to choose a category in which your problem fits in. This is done to help you to get the most precise response from our specialists. There are a couple of categories you can choose from: Login problems, Payment problems, Registration and general account problems and other problems.

Than you have to specify the Subject of your problem, please be specific.

And now comes the most important part – explaining your problem. Please give as much details as possible what your problem is. Only if you are very specific we will be able to help you. If there are not enough details in this description, we will not be able to you.

After you have filled in all the fields, please revise if all the information is provided correctly and press “Submit” button.

When your ticket will be answered, you will receive an email with the instruction how to read the answer to your problem, or a request for the clarification of the problem.

I have submitted many tickets to let them know that my contact informaiton (emaill address or phone number) got automatically deleted by the site email system making it impossible to communicate with any girl using my own email address. What is the value of a site where paid members have no way to exchange contact informaiton? Please someone at the Administration solve this problem before I have to cancel the service for the next month. Bill

I have been a member of 2-brides for 3 weeks now and while I have been a member I have submitted 5 questions to the "help ticket" option on this site. I have not recieved even one answer to the questions I have sent. I feel that this service is poor at best and not good business practice for paying clients. Robert
